Online Submission of Class-XI Tabulation, 2026

Dear Principals,

Warm greetings from the Council Of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

It is hereby informed that the mark's tabulation for the Class-11 examination would be accepted from the Institutions through online mode. To perform this activity, kindly follow the steps mentioned below.

1. Download the Class-11 Tabulation Excel template from the below link.

2. Get the PASSCODE of the school by sending a request through a WhatsApp message to COHSEM IT Support at, 9862424122.

3. Open the downloaded template and enter the PASSCODE in the designated cell.

4. Once entered the PASSCODE, all the enrolled students could be seen.

5. Fill-up the Practical & Theory marks of the students in the "Science", "Arts" & "Commerce" Sheets.

6. Save the Tabulation Excel template.

7. For final submission, upload it using the above link at Top-Left.

Kindly note that, no attempts shall be made to make any modification to the Excel template, which could eventually leads to many errors and confusions. It is highly recommeneded to avoid these unwanted situations.
